Pilates Classes
A small and friendly group meets in Hannington Village Hall each Tuesday at 11 am for one hour, under the guidance of Sue, our excellent instructor.
Pilates provides a great way to keep supple and toned, with the bonus of increased flexibility and it is suitable for all ages.
The cost is £6 per class on a pay-as-you-attend basis and new members are most welcome.
