Pilates Classes
A small and friendly group meets in Hannington Village Hall each Tuesday between 11-12 noon. Under the guidance of Sue, our excellent instructor. Pilates provides a great way to keep supple and toned, with the bonus of increased flexibility. It is suitable for all ages.
