Auction of Promises held on February 20th
in aid of Hannington Village Hall
Dear All,
May I say a very big thank you to everyone involved in this event. Thank you to all who so generously gave to make such a good selection of lots to bid for. Thank you to all who came along on the night to bid and those who used the telephone to make bids. A special thank you goes to Kate who kindly allowed us to use the Vine as our venue and another special thank you to Humphrey Spaight for doing such a great job as Auctioneer. I would also like to thank Hesther Leeke from the management committee for coordinating the whole thing.
You will be pleased to know that we made a grand total of £1,275 which will be used in the further refurbishment of our village hall.
Kind Regards to all involved.
Dave Vickery.
